S. Şahin Tulga completed his primary and secondary school education at TED Ankara College and high school education at Ankara Science High School. He received his bachelors and masters degrees from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, USA.

After graduation, he worked in the USA and in Turkey. In Turkey he respectively worked as the CEO of Bordata, Entek, Digital Equipment, Lucent Technologies and Hewlett Packard.

Since 2008, Şahin Tulga offers management consultancy, training, mentoring/coaching, and keynote speaking services on strategic management topics that he is passionate about.

The founding partner of the Mentoro Platform, Mr. Tulga teaches strategy at Bilkent University’s EMBA program. In addition to keynotes speeches at corporate organizations, he is a TEDx Istanbul speaker. He is an expert on strategic design, leadership development and strategic growth.
