LANGUAGE
The official language of the Congress will be Turkish & English. During all sessions simultaneous translation will be available in Turkish-English.

REGISTRATION
Participants should register to the Congress in advance by filling the enclosed Registration Form and sending it to the Congress Bureau. Registration applications will be handled and confirmed in the order they are received. Since there are limited number of seats at the Congress Hall, participants are advised to send in their application forms as early as possible.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Cancellation will be not be possible after the registration.

BADGES
It is recommended to wear the Badges by the participants at all times during the Congress to ensure a flawless service and the security.

REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION DESKS
Desks will be open on November 26-27, 2007 and provide service to the participants through 07:30 hrs - 19:30 hrs.

MEDICAL SERVICES
A fully equipped ambulance and paramedic crew will be present to handle health problems of participants.

PARKING
Car parking lot of Cevahir Congress Center can be used by participants upon payment. Direct elevator access is available from the parking lot to the Congress Center.

PRESS CENTER
A Press Center fully equipped with phone, fax and internet services can be used by all press members during the Congress.

CONGRESS BUREAU
The Congress Bureau can be contracted for questions about the organisation and registration.
