Mironoviç, Consul General of Belarus Pays Courtesy Visit to ICI Chairman Bahçıvan

Vladimir Mironoviç, Consul General of Belarus in Istanbul, paid a courtesy visit to Erdal Bahçıvan, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ICI). The meeting that took place in the head office of ICI in Tepebaşı, Beyoğlu focused on economic relations between Turkish businesses and Belarus. The discussion dwelled on possible actions to further develop these relations by both parties. 

ICI Chairman Bahçıvan stated that relations between Belarus and Türkiye promised great expectations in the future, emphasizing the need to develop and sustain intercommunication and dialogue to seize the high potential of bilateral cooperation.

Vladimir Mironoviç, Consul General of Belarus in Istanbul pointed out the customs union and trade agreements between Belarus, the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan, stressing that Turkish products would enjoys a significant opportunity to reach these markets through Belarus. A decision was taken at the visit to organize a Belarus Day to introduce to ICI member industrialists the trade and investment opportunities Belarus offers.
