Sustainable Management Structure

Considering the risks and opportunities that our country will face as a result of new systems likely to emerge in international trade within the framework of climate change and sustainability, the Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ICI) carries out its activities to guide the industrialists under its “Sustainability and Coordination Branch”.

One of the main objectives of the ICI Sustainability and Coordination Branch is to help our industrial companies develop high added value in the global value chain and improve their "competitive sustainability" competencies by putting environmental, social, and economic aspects at the core of production, and to carry out studies to develop new projects.

As ICI, we aim to disseminate the understanding of sustainability by following up global and national developments under the theme of "Climate Change and Sustainable Industry" and "Circular Economy", to increase industrial awareness and to create value for our members and stakeholders. In addition, we target projects that will create value in thematic areas such as “Resilience of the Industry” "Future of Work," "Safe Working Environment," "Sustainable Finance" and "Digital Transformation."
