ISO Young Researchers Program

Under the “R&D and Innovation” pillar of the ISO University–Industry Collaboration Model, the ISO Young Researchers Program has been implemented since 2023 to support university theses and project studies that contribute to the business and production processes of industrial companies.

Within the scope of the program, undergraduate or graduate theses and projects carried out in line with the needs and demands of companies are financially supported by ISO, thereby contributing to the strengthening of university–industry collaboration.

The ISO Young Researchers Program aims to support R&D and innovation processes, strengthen university–industry cooperation, develop solutions to industrial challenges, contribute to the development of new products and technologies, facilitate sectoral knowledge and experience transfer, and accelerate access to qualified human resources. To date, theses and projects developed in response to industry demands have been supported in various fields including mechanical engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, chemistry, food engineering, industrial engineering, computer engineering, artificial intelligence, metallurgy and materials engineering, business administration, economics, and industrial design.
