Istanbul Chamber of Industry (ICI) released the developments occurred in the Global Manufacturing PMI in September. Accordingly, the PMI fell slightly to 50.8 in September from 50.9 in August. Despite this, it signaled a moderate improvement in business conditions for the second consecutive month. The index's average of 49.9 in the second quarter rose to 50.5 in the third quarter.
